New commercial building at 4 Brown Street, Ponsonby, Auckland, is a mixed-use development next

to the existing Ponsonby Central, comprising two levels of underground car parking; retail shop and

café on the first level; and second and third floor offices. The building is to be built on a slope from

Richmond Rd to Brown St, and levels are labelled as Level -1&-1.5, Level 0 and Level 1 – 3.
